An account with ARPHA is required if you wish to submit, review and edit manuscripts published in any of the journals hosted on ARPHA. (see full list here: http://arphahub.com/about/journals) or if you wish purchase books and journal reprints. All content is otherwise open access and freely available to anyone without restrictions or registration required.

Note that this registration grants you a single sign-in access to all journals and services available on ARPHA, including advanced open access publishing, collaborative article authoring, data publishing, etc. However, it does not entail any form of compulsory commitment on your behalf.
